We use an interactive experience where we discover your goals, organizational objectives, define your products, and iterate to find opportunity in your environment. Our approach is focused on finance and organization structure with a bridge to process and culture all aligned with generating value for stakeholders.  Focusing on finance leads to a literal "bottom dollar" approach to problem definition and solutioning that will guide clients to financially relevant decisions.

We will utilize a series of meetings to define the scope of the project and establish a clear timeline and resource requirement to accomplish the goals we set out. We will begin with a financial review and a workforce structure analysis to determine how well resources are aligned with desired outputs.  From there we will begin to work to build the change management plan to integrate funding streams and resource flows with potential changes in the organizational structure.

The timeline for any consulting depends on the depth of change, the range of work, and the need to develop the environment.  We will drive for the "quick wins" but alignment with a long-term strategy takes time, effort, and broad buy-in. We will be up-front about projected timelines and costs.
